Mir kneift er am Sack wenn ich in die Knie gehe, weil meine Schultern doch m?chtig Zug entwickeln in so einer Position.
Bin ja fast breiter als hoch :p ;)

Edit: Der L-Shaped Mount ist ?brigens schon weg. :)
